Refund policy

Original Art

All original artwork sales are final and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged due to a change of mind. 

However, I totally understand that things can happen out of your control, such as damage in transit.

In this case please EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your package to: sophie@sophiemahirart.com or text: 0487234499 and send over photos of the damage.

From there I will help arrange for the artwork to be returned, at not cost to you and a refund will be issued once I receive the artwork back.

 

Art Prints

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns since the products are custom-made to order.

In the unlikely event of an item being delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us on: sophie@sophiemahirart.com  within 7 days of receiving your print and we will resolve it immediately.

You can then either be refunded or your item replaced, so long as we have photos of the damage.
